Hey Broncos! It's time for another Club Sports update! SCU has 21 active and competitive Club Sport teams that compete at the local, regional, and national levels against other universities. Each month during the academic year, we ask teams to share updates on what they have been up to. Please note that not Club Sports will report each month.

Howdy! Winter quarter is coming to a close and the Club Golf Team is looking forward to late sunsets and afternoon tee times. This quarter we began our push to qualify for a spot at Nationals, which will be held in Santa Anna Pueblo, NM. Nationals will feature 30 teams, and happens in late April. Recently, the Broncos competed in a national qualifier, and although we did not win, Thomas Haverty '29 took home the low individual honors, shooting -1 over two days. Overall, the team did respectably despite not being fully healthy. Missing key players, we came in fourth against three top 10 teams in America. We are looking forward to another chance at qualifying for Nationals in early April at Lake Chabot.

SWIM TEAM Hey Broncos! With winter quarter winding down, we wanted to reflect on the great time we have had as a team the past few weeks. We had a swim meet with UC Berkeley earlier in the month, and also had a team dinner at San Pedro Square Market! Looking into next quarter, we are excited for one of our swimmers to travel to Nationals in Greensboro, North Carolina, as well as other meets like our annual Alumni Meet right here at SCU. This past quarter has been a lot of fun, and we are looking forward to starting spring quarter strong! If you have any questions about club swimming or are interested in joining, please email our recruitment coordinator, jaoukar@scu.edu.

For the first time in program history, the Broncos have been ranked #1 nationally in the NCBA DII polls. After another sweep against St. Mary's, the Broncos improved their record to 13-1 and 11-0 in conference play. The Broncos will return to action Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12 against Stanford. The Broncos are seeking their second straight division title and a second straight playoff appearance in Palm Springs.
